last year i never once got tired in my forearms this season my right forearm is killing me im getting 2 laps down and then my right arm feels like it can not even hold on to the bars its getting really frustrating................. what are some tips to prevent this like correct food to eat, different bars or whatever any replys would be great thanks

ever since i started riding i never had arm pump. my first bike was stock, now im on a highly modified .. i never get arm pump and i dont know how you guys do. just work out i dunno

I think there is more to it. Last year, last ride before winter I rode and got the worst arm pump ever (clutching). First ride of this year was yesteday . . . . nothing. Rode twice as long and hard. I didn't change anything about the 300ex and didn't work out. Maybe technique?
