^^^its one of those limited edition predators. his neighbor just got it yesterday. i think paul(overkillkfx) thinks hes so pimp and better then everyone cuz hes got a kfx.

his one friend thinks his raptor is more stable then my 400ex.

a stock 400 ex isnt gonna touch a stock yfz unless the person riding the yfz doesnt know how to shift... seriously... its not that hard to hit the gas and shift.. and aslong as the yfz did that then it would easily whoop the 400ex...
as for the pred and kfx thing... same theory... but those 2 are closer than the yfz vs ex

you'd need some more mods going on the KFX. One thing that makes a huge difference is the Predator rev's a lot faster and go's through the early gears quicker than any of the 400's. When I race my friends, one with an 03' EX and the other with an 03' Z, I'm usually going into 4th gear by the time the EX is coming out of 2nd and against the Z it's not much difference. I even find the Z takes longer to get through the bottom gears because they feel taller than on the EX with the modsthey have which are the same basically.

your best bet is you get a new CDI/rev box or something for your machine and have the right settings.

Ive raced Banshees with pipes, pistons, & filters(with an excellent driver) on a bone stock Predator & beat the banshee...

Sounds like you really need a win. And I really like the KFX400, and don't have a lot of love for Preds. But, dude, I'm just afraid yer in the wrong league to be racing a Pred. They are quite a bit faster. Mebbe put sugar in his gas tank before the race! (Kids, don't try this at home).

i think it's fair enough to say that you need a 440+ KFX to stand up to a stock Predator... and even more for a piped one.

Try this: Next time you race this Banshee, let him start the motor before you take off. I'm sure you'll find the outcome surprisingly different.
