sweet just wonderin cause i might be gettin a blaster... are 250rs hard to wheelie just cause of the mighty power band?

i think they all can wheelie pretty easy. two weeks ago i flipped a LTZ400 in 4th gear. and yes my *** is healing nice

dont get a blaster, my brother hates his. 250r is a little bit harder, since that "hit" is so powerfull, but i guess with enuff practice you could wheelie ok on one.

I had a blaster at one point in time, and I really like it for my first quad. You can hop them up and get a little power out of them. I used to be able to ride some good wheelies on my blaster. All 2 strokes are harder to ride a wheelie on than a 4 storke in my opinion.

a blaster is a good begginers quad and yes you can wheelie them nice. the 250r is alittle harder to get up due to the powerband and the length of the bike. if you can get a good transfer of weight and find the balance point then you can ride an r for a long time. if i was you id get a 400ex or some other newer 4 stroke like kfx or z400

blasters are easy to wheelie on. Mine had an fmf silencer and thats it, and it was so easy. What u have to watch out for though is them back brakes blasters are well known for there crappy drum brakes so be careful

josh (big norm) is right. they are really easy to wheelie and the brakes do suck a lot but an even bigger problem is the stock grab bar is so weak its not even funny..if you plan on doin some wheelies buy a nice AC one.

yea i think im gonna go for a 250r i just wanted a fast quad i could race but also pull a little freestyle for the lookers
Posted by: 400exracer
well nvm im goin for a blaster a friggin 250r is to expensive and no one has any good deals.. im just gonna trick out a blaster and call it good for a long time

have you thought about an LT250R? they are cheap, awesome power, and way better than a blaster all around

If wheelies are what you want to be doin get a 250ex or 300ex or even a 400ex you can find them at low *** prices any more. I got my 400ex for only $2000. ANd there easy to wheelie. the wheelie record was set on a 400ex,last time i checked.

buy whatever you can afford and makes you happy when you ride it, i ride a 2000 300 ex and im 6'4 and 250+ but i still beast that thing all over town, and i can kinda hold my own. i can throw it around like nuthin, i bought it when i was in 8th grade and then a year later grew to my current stature, i still love it though. supprisingly it holds up faily well, i was junping a decent sized kicker with it on sat at bignorms house, the vid will be up soon

I can wheelie my blaster pretty good. The hardest point is finding the balance point on that thing. My longest is through about 1 acre of land.
