Chain slap.. need some quick instructions.

My chain is certainly looser than 1 and 3/8" if I pull up on it and press down. And if im in a higher gear and tap the throttle, sometimes i can hear that nasty chain slap sound when the chain hits the guide wheels..

Anyone feel like give me a few quick steps to tightening it?? :-)

Check your owners manual. also buying a complete service manual would be a good idea too..

that was my second move.. but im at work :-) sorta just wanted to get an idea of how long it would take..

loosen the allen bolts on the back of the swingarm,and turn the adjuster on the left next to the sprocket backwards until you have the right amount of slack. Then just tighten the bolts back up and your done
