Why's that
I've run maxima before and all it did was cost more and didn't offer any better protection.

if you want to overpay for a under quality product then yes...you could waste some $$$ on that...the only honda OEM product I use routinely is oil filters but im about to buy a scotts oil filter later maybe

^^^at my dealer the oil is the same price as regular crap that wasent designed for my engine somewhere else. and besides, i change my oil once a month and its just turning color then.

Good point. I would rather spend $15-18 an oil change than $500 when the motor goes...

2 quarts of mobile 1 15w-50=$10, OEM filter in bulk $3 vs. 2 quarts of honda gn4 20w-50=$7, OEM filter in single $5......15w-50 lasts alot longer...if you say you get a month of riding out of your honda oil then you must ride only about 15 hours a month or you dont change your oil when it should be changed

Less than 15 hours....I rode to my gf's house and back which is about a 10 mile ride round trip....and my oil was already black. That told me to switch to Mobile 1
