if i get tcs to rebuilt my back shock will it be worth it? will i notice a differnce as much as just getting elkas or no?

had him do my rear shock but still have stock spring & dont notice much of an improvement...i just bought a 250r spring that should soak up more bumps...i ride tight trails & weigh 135 lbs. & told him to make it to where I could sit on seat...I still can't
