We are looking to ride some dunes are there any good ones close to maine? What are the best parks near maine?

I was just up in North Conway to do some snowmobiling and picked up a map at a local ATV/Sled dealer. The map was for New Hampshire and Maine and was specific to ATV trails.

I have not even looked at it yet to see if it described what type of terrain you encounter along these trails.

Try some local dealers - they probably sell the same map - it was $5.

I live about 5 minutes from the Maine border. I have been looking for good dunes around here for years but have yet to find any good places. There are a few along the sea shore but nothing like they have out west.

The best sand place iv'e found was in the Shediack area, in NB.. it's about 45 minutes north of Moncton.

and it's really not that much.. no big dunes or hills or anything
